I have a regular cheese knife, but I hate to get it out since it is difficult to use. This product makes it considerably easier to slice cheese in an evenly measured way. I like it very much.

The handle is substantial and the flex in the blade allows for easy slicing of cheese. It slices large blocks of cheddar quite easily.
