Lodge Enamel 7.5 qt dutch oven is the work horse of your kitchen. Bake, broil,, sear, stew or saute in this pot. Use on any stove top - even induction. The Lodge enamel product is cast from molten iron. The porcelain (glass) is applied and baked at a high temperature to bond the glass to the cast iron vessel. This process is repeated 3 times to insure a superior cooking surface. Stainless steel knobs are oven safe.

I have used it 8 or 10 times since I have received it. Just did slow braised ground beef tacos meat. There is always work to extrude the fat, but it is worth it. Chicks and dumps, etc. I was going to buy a LC; however, my husband loves all Lodge cast iron, etc. Thank you. Happy US!!!!!!!
