It didn't grind as thoroughly as I'd hoped--I have to grind the same wheat at least twice to get fine enough flour to make bread with. On the upside, it's easy to clean, and is a LOT smaller than most wheat grinders. If you have a kitchenaid, and are fanatic about making bread, it's worth considering.

I bought this mill to supplement a K-Tech that I've used for years. I wanted the coarser grind and for that, the Kitchen Aid works very well. I've used it for corn and wheat.

The grain mill is up front about its abilities and what performance the user should expect. I have been very satisfied with this attachment.

The kind of machine that opens up new avenues of culinary exploration. My only wish is that it would grind coarser still.
