This of the whole set is the worst. I tried to use it while cooking chicken legs. when I tried to use the tongs to return the leg over it shot out of the tongs. it is too slippery and flimsy to hold on . Also the weight is such that instead of the liquid staying in the pan it runs down the length of the utensil onto the stove. Balance is off.
