I am addicted to PF Changs dumplings and this is the perfect pan to fix them,, I have already worn out 1 and getting a replacement! AWESOME pan Rachael, but on those lazy spoons those are just too heavy hun

Had a small version of this one, but the turner must have scratched the surface. So decided to purchase another, like the size for 2 people in the morning for breakfast. Very light weight, love the color...

I have been using another brand and they just began to show wear. This pan was a bit thicker and cooks as well if not better.
