Safe Avocado Preparation

This is a great tool to safely prepare an avocado. I love it almost as much as I love avocados. It makes removing the stone and slicing the avocado simple and safe.

Avocados aren't cheap, and wasting any while trying to get the pit out is such a pity, but incredibly, the pitting end of this ingenious tool extracts any pit instantly, flawlessly and without needless trauma to the rest of the avocado. That alone is worth the price. Still trying to learn the slicing end of the tool -- probably takes more practice. We will definitely enjoy more avocados more often.
