I am constantly taking food for gatherings and this Double Decker Expandable Potlucker works perfectly. I can take a casserole and a dessert in the same carrier. One hot and one cold. I just love it. Took it on a pontoon boat outing and filled one dish with veggies and dip and the other with cut up fruit. Everything stayed nice and cold the entire time. Over 4 hours...

Practicality

I like the potluck carrier......am not convinced it will carry two loaded potluck dishes. I will probably use it for the potluck dish on the bottom, spoons, etc. on the top.

Love it! Fit several containers of soup inside and can already see myself using it often! Definitely a good addition to your pantry.

misunderstanding

When I ordered this product, which I ordered 2, I was under the impression that the casserole dish came with this carrier. When I purchased mine many years ago the casserole dish and carrier came all in one. I was just disappointed that I had to go out to purchase an addition piece for this product. This is for a gift.

Potlucker is the greatest

I got this shortly before Thanksgiving and put it to the test that day. I have always had to use boxes or whatever was handy to transport dishes. Wow, how easy it is with this carrier. And, it really does a nice job of maintaining the temperture. The ladies all had a fit over it when I arrived. I'm certainly happy with the purchase.

Shipping

I ordered 2 - one for myself and one for a gift. And again, the carton was not packaged properly for shipping. One of the "Potlucker's" was slightly crused on the side, but not enough to return it. The outer carton was not cushioned properly, so the contents got crushed. Also, the carton was not sealed properly and the tape was partially opened, causing the package to be less sturdy. You would be taking a chance to order this product - order at your own risk! Otherwise, it is a great idea and a good value for the price.

Green double decker

I must admit that I have not used this yet, but it looks to be a very useful tool. I always make dishes in my Pyrex and never have anything to put it in when I travel to family events. When I received my Potlucker, I immediately checked just to make sure the Pyrex fit and it does. There is a top and bottom portion to fit 2 pans if needed and the inside is nicely lined to keep food cold/hot. The only negative I have to say would be about the shipping process. When I tried to track my shipment, it would never show where my package was. I think I also waited around 2 weeks for it to arrive and I live in the Midwest. It's really not a big deal because I wasn't in a rush to use it, but I think the shipping and tracking process could be a lot better.

Looooove it!!!

This carrier is great!! It really does hold two 9x13 baking pans and it also keeps the food warm (or cold, depending on what you're carrying). I highly recommend it. In fact, I'm going to purchase another one!

I love it. I am amazed at how many items I could fit into both compartments. I traveled 2 1/2 hours with the food and it was still warm.

I already have this carrier and I love it. The ones are ordered are for my niece and sister. My niece liked it because she always takes casseroles to work and would have to use boxes in order to get them there.

I ENJOY THIS PRODUCT. I BOUGHT FOR A GIFT FOR CHRISTMAS. I HAVE ONE OF MY OWN. HOWEVER, I ORDERED AND PAID FOR TWO AND ONLY GOT ONE. SO EVEN THOUGH THE PRODUCT IS CONVENIENT TO HAVE, COOKING . COM ON LINE DROPPED THE BALL ON THIS ORDER. ITS NOT THE PRODUCTS FAULT HOWEVER, THE PRODUCT IS GREAT TO HAVE FOR THE HOLIDAYS OR ANYTIME TO CARRY FOOD TO A POT LUCK OR EVEN TO KEEP HOT AT HOME FOR PARTIES WHILE SOMETHING ELSE IS COOKING.

Not all dishes fit.

Would have been perfect if baking dish was included. The tote suggests not to put hot dishes inside... isn't that the point! When useing a 8x8 ... be careful .. it slides when carrying.

I thought this product came with the 9x13 pan ...I remember seeing it advertised and was disappointed when I received them as my christmas presents. I will now go out and buy the eight pans before I give them away.

I love this item! I can't wait for Thanksgiving to get here so that I can take it to our family gathering. I know my sisters and my Mom will be envious and want one too! I will probably have to purchase others to give as a gift!

Expandable Potlucker

I bought two of these for my friends who brought food for my husband while I was away. He took care of my 90 year old mother in our home while I was away taking care of my daughter in another state who had hurt her back. They are sturdy and well-put-together and are lined with a heat retaining substance. My friends were elated, and I am sure they will get lots of use from these. They are both always taking food to other people.

Handy carrier

This is a great way to transport one or two dishes. It keeps food either hot or cold for several hours. The bag is sturdy and well made. I love the design and color choices.

Great product, misunderstood expectations

Going to make a great Christmas gift. Was abit disappointed in that the offer on this product did not include the 9x13 glass dish while another similar offer from Foodnetwork store did. Of course a differential in the pricing may have been a clue if I had not been in a hurry to take advantage of the online offer. Otherwise, can't wait for my wife to open this.
