Some parts missing.

There is nothing to separate the two casserole containers, such as an insulated pad and there is no removable washable bottom inside. I don't know if they omitted it or forgot to put it in mine. So basically what I have is a deeper container instead of a better one.

Practical & functional

I ordered two of these, both with the covered baking dish. I will give one as a gift, and kept one for myself. My husband used it for the first time last week, to take two potluck dishes to work for an office lunch. One was a hot dish, and the other was cold. By noon, his hot dish was still warm enough that it did not need any extra time in the microwave, and the cold dish was still cold, too! It was easy for him to carry, and as he works downtown and has to walk several blocks to his office, it was terrifically handy. The instruction sheet that came with the potlucker says that the bottom is removable for easy cleaning, but it is not removable at all. And as the dish he took was Indian Curry, the carrier absorbed the smell of the spices. I imagine it will fade after I air it long enough. This is my only complaint, though. I think my MIL will enjoy having this as well.

Quality product.

I used this tote for Thanksgiving to bring two hot casseroles to my sister's house and they remained hot til I took them out for serving. One casserole spilled a little but was contained in the compartment and didn't make a mess, and was easy to wipe clean.

Love this food carrier

I bought this food carrier for myself and loved it so much that I bought two more for Christmas gifts. When my friend opened the gift at a local restaurant, it attracted a lot of attention from the waitresses. Many said that it was such a great idea that they were going to go online and order it right away. My only suggestion would be to offer it in some up-to-date colors. Avocado and burnt orange went out with the 50's!

several days after receiving product you had it on sale for lesser price..i don't think that says much for food network..why not give me and others a refund?

Great product. Very attractive. Very insulated.

The only thing missing is a "board" to put in between the two dishes so that the top one doesn't smash the bottom one. Something hard to cover the bottom - 10 by 15 - would be perfect. We are making our own to use. Otherwise we are really happy with the purchase.

This product did exactly what I needed it to. I love that it holds two casseroles! I too did not see the stability board that the packaging says is included. It's not a huge problem but if something is supposed to be there then it should be there! My husband put the casserole in straight out of the oven before I could tell him to wait, which melted the liner a bit. It still works fine.

Like the product but a piece was missing

Love the product but the support board that goes in the bottom was missing and I called and have not heard from the company as of yet. I would like the piece that is missing so I have the support in the carrier I need.

It works!

I made a vegetarian meatloaf to take to my in-laws house who live 30 minutes away. I took the dish out of the oven, let it sit for 10 minutes, placed it in the bag and then went on my way. When we took it out later at my in-laws, it was still very warm and we did not have to reheat at all :) I put popsicles in the top compartment and they had started to melt a bit but stayed together enough to put them back in the freezer.

This is a great product. Use it for outdoor picnics, and it keeps everything piping hot.

pot luck perfect

This carrier is perfect to take more than one item to a pot luck dinner or picnic where you need to take 2 items in 9" x 13" pans. I took 2 hot items and it worked out great! Would recommend this to anyone who needs to take 2 items without having to carry 2 different carriers. Insulated great, works wonderful.

Delighted with product.

While I have not as yet used my new potlucker, it is just as I expected and will be very useful in transporting TWO hot or cold foods. It is also very attractive and the double handles are perfect for carrying. Its compactness when not in use is also an advantage.

Functional Carrier

I haven't used this product yet, but I put 2 - 9x13" dishes inside to test w/o a problem. It seems sturdy for the task and the "floor board" stated inside the carrier is a good idea to keep things stable. This will come in handy for the holidays ahead!

Best Tote around

I had been searching for a carrier for quite sometime and couldn't find anything, until I received an email from rachaelray.com. This product was exactly what I was looking for, I was hoping it would be able to shipped in time for thanksgiving without having to pay an insane amount of money. Well I was surprised that even the shipping prices were great! It even arrived soon then expected!! Ok now as for the product, it was amazing.
