I havent had a chance to use the product yet, but it seems to be OK. I always need more than one carrier for church dinners. I am disappointed the products are made In China.

This product is very functional, sturdy, and easy to use. I have brought it to 2 different occassions and it kept my food hot for 2 hours (please note that I put my dish directly in the potlucker from the oven). It fits an 8 by 8 and a 9 by 13 with room for serving utensils.
It is very easy to clean and it collapses for optimal storage!
I will be using this a lot!!
Wile I think it was a good buy, I don't remember the ad telling me that the product was soft sided. If I remember correctly, the ad said it had an extra heat/cool bottom. I expected a hard sided product with a slide out heat/cool element. Perhaps you need to make your advertizing a little clearer.

When holding the tote by it's handle with a dish inside, the dish hangs. I held my hand underneath it for support because I was afraid it would tear from the handle. In my eyes, this defeats the purpose of having a handle.

I'm not a potlucker but I do cook and travel with food so it will come in handy for popping in the trunk.

Once put together correctly, it is also cumbersome to "stow" the dish in the carrier. Also, if the dish isn't almost the exact same dimensions as the carrier, the food will spill over, as there are no straps to hold it tight.

Would have liked a color choice though. Came in WAY TOO LARGE box w/ LOADS of "popcorn" like it was something breakable--you need to learn how to minimize for shipping!!

Worked like a charm. It is a little difficult to zip up the first couple of times, but then gets easier. Because it folds flat it stores well and the bright green color keeps it visible.

It not only makes it easier to carry my hot or cold dish to a potluck, but it also keeps the dish from spilling in the car, fom burning my hands, and from arriving with cold food. I spilled a whole chicken pesto pasta on the floor of my brand new car once! Now I don't need to worry about that.

This fits her tray perfectly. The only negative is the zipper is a little funny. It gets stuck. But I'm sure over time it will be easier.

My daughter bought this same item and brought a dish from New Jersey to Conn. (3 hour drive) and the dish was still cold when she arrived. I bought 3 and gave one as a gift and kept two for myself. Also, for someone who doesn't usually buy items on line, the website was easy to follow. I received confirmation immediately and also another email when the items were shipped and the day that would arrive. They arrived right on time and nicely packaged.
