I really like using the Green Gradient Nonstick skillet set I ordered. I have a different set and needed smaller frying pans. The only problem I have run into is sometimes it is hard to brown some food. It seems like it takes forever, it cooks okay but will not brown?

Great skillets , great price, light to handle, quick to clean and I love the red handles. I had been waiting for skillets that were not heavy to lift and move (because my wrists are weak), you cannot go wrong with these.
