Great product
I wasn't sure about ordering on line, but once receiving this spatula and after using it, it's the first spatula I grab for whatever I am cooking. It is a great tool to have for your kitchen.

Every summer my mother -in- law stays with us, all my non-stick pans need to be tossed. Stay tuned for further evaluation if I don't need to toss them this year. I wish the edge was a little thinner - MiL makes Norwegian pancake several times a week, so I really can't complain about a few pans every year.

I bought this product to flip delicate foods (fish on grill, omelets, etc) and it has worked well. It is firm enough to flip, and thin enough to slip easily under food. I was worried about it melting on a hot grill, but no problem. It is highly rated by Cooks Illustrated as a Best Value over spatulas costing $60, and I see no reason to pay the extra money, unless you need to use all-metal tools!

This spatula feels good in my hand, yet still has the flexibility to easily slide under an omelet and flip it with ease. It has not shown any damage from heat, and cleans up easily. I like it!

I read a recommendation about spatula's, this was #1 rated. I had to try it, and found it to be the best spatula I have owned. It is durable, works wonderfully with my non-stick cookware, easy to handle, attractive and doesn't give out under a heavy load. I plan to buy some as gifts for my cooking friends.

This slotted spatula is the perfect size for turning everything from bacon to pancakes, and it doesn't scratch my pans or griddle!

Love this spatula. It is the best I have ever used. Had to buy another one because a family member insisted on having one and took mine. Wish it was less expensive. If it were, I would buy them as gifts for all my friends and family. Price is a little high for what it is, I think.

This spatula works well getting under fish and other delicate foods. It's great to be able to use it in a non-stick pan.
3 of 5 users found this helpful. Was it helpful to you? Yes | No Report Violation »This spatula is great. It's very thin, but strong. I initially got it to use on my nonstick skillets, but the high temp rating allows me to use it in my cast iron and stainless as well. It’s wide enough for cookies and eggs and pancakes, however the tapered end even allows me to cut butter and add it while cooking.

This spatula does it all. It's easy to hold, slides underneath eggs, potatoes, anything I'm frying I can safely and very effectively use this tool. It's strong and sharp but safe for the pan. For things you want to form a crust, this tool slides under, rather than being too soft or dull to handle the job. Also, one can angle it for greater surface use. I wish I had bought 2 of them rather than the other spatula I did get, 13" nonstick slotted turner by WMF USA (it was made in China)

This works very well for turning and moving fish and other delicate foods. It keeps the food intact, but it's sturdy enough that it doesn't bend from weight or heat. I have one, but I think it would be more useful to buy two, so you would have one under the food and one on top. That would make turning very delicate fish even easier, and would keep the food from flaking or breaking when it turns over.

I truely love the Pelton Spatula . It is all that you said that is was and then some. The best part is that it is easy to wash by hand , or as I do a lot of the time just throw it in the dish washer . I just wished that you would make on for the left hand . There are a lot of us cooks that are left handed . I watch the Food Network and see several of them are left handed . So do me and several other cooks a favor and make one for us . THANK YOU .
