I would recommend this product because there are few competitive products for its use. However, I do not believe it is a good value for price.

I used this basket to cook some milkfish (Bangus in Filipino) that I bought from an oriental store. I rubbed some oil on the fish seasoned it added some sliced lemons and place it on the basket and locked it in place. It works very good for that purpose because the wire mesh is flexible it can accomodate different shaped foods and prevents it from slipping when you flip it. I think it's stainless steel so far it did not rust.
