Shipping Policies
DeLonghi USA - operates in two business segments that are linked by the concept of well-being: air treatment products that bring fresh, pure, and dehumidified air into the home to create optimal living conditions for the whole family; and products for food preparation and cooking, house cleaning, and ironing, that simplify domestic living to provide more quality leisure time.
Shipping Rates:
DeLonghi USA freight is charged per our Super Saver rates. Packages are sent
via the supplier’s specific Shipping method (see link below) to ensure that
all items are received within a properly proscribed period of time. Other items
in your cart (shipped directly from Cooking.com and/or other Cooking.com
suppliers) are considered separate shipments and will be charged
accordingly: shipping charges are based
on the merchandise total of each shipment.

Shipping Policies:
DeLonghi USA:
Delivers within 7 to 14 business days after you place your order via several different
carriers (FedEx, Roadway, Yellow Freight, Dynamex). Shipping rates quoted cover curbside
service to your delivery address. Additional services are not
covered.
Curbside Delivery provides delivery to the curb at the end of your driveway:
- The shipping partner will call to schedule a convenient delivery appointment.
- Delivery times will be between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday.
- You are responsible to inspect merchandise prior to delivery agent's departure. Any damage or defect must be reported within 15 days of delivery.
- If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, refuse delivery and contact our Customer Service department immediately at: 1-800-663-8810, or send an email to support@cooking.com.
- If damage is discovered during assembly after delivery/contact Cooking.com’s Customer Service Department immediately at 1-800-663-8810, or communicate by email to support@cooking.com.
- Merchandise cannot be delivered without a signature.
Drivers
do not bring freight into a house, garage, etc., nor do drivers assist
with un-packing or set-up. If you live down a road or driveway that the truck
cannot get into without damaging the truck, the shipper will not make the
delivery. We recommend that, under these conditions, you schedule outside help
to bring large items into your home or business environment.
Delivery is not available outside the 48 Contiguous States
and APO/FPO addresses. UPS and large carrier shipments are not
available to P.O. Boxes.
