Shipping Policies
Enclume - has been the premier manufacturer of cookware storage racks for the kitchen since 1973. Their pot racks set the standards for quality, design, function, and strength.
Shipping Rates:
Enclume freight is charged per our Direct Supplier rates. Packages are sent
via the supplier’s specific Shipping method (see link below) to ensure that
all items are received within a properly proscribed period of time. Other items
in your cart (shipped directly from Cooking.com and/or other Cooking.com
suppliers) are considered separate shipments and will be charged
accordingly: shipping charges are based on the merchandise total of each shipment.

Shipping Policies:
Enclume:
Due to special manufacturing requirements, Enclume items may
require 4 to 6 weeks for delivery after you place your order. Pre-made
products will deliver within 7 to 14 business days.
Enclume ships via UPS (United Parcel Service -- Ground).
Packages may be left upon delivery if no one is available for receipt, we
do not require a signature upon delivery. However, the driver can make this decision at their
discretion. We have no control over
which packages are left, and which are not. This may cause a delay in receipt
of your package if your addressee is not available to sign on the delivery
date.
Delivery is not available outside the 48 Contiguous States
and APO/FPO addresses.
