Customer Service Representative
Flexible part-time hours
Operating hours: weekdays 6:30 am - 5:30 pm, weekends 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
$11.50-$12.50/hr
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Customers via email and phone with inquiries regarding order status, payments, returns, site operation, and basic questions about cooking and cookware.
- Record customer inquiries for follow-up and tracking purposes.
- Proficiently utilize customer service software, systems and procedures to provide accurate, authoritative and timely service that exceeds Customer expectations.
- Use Customer feedback to identify opportunities to enhance the Customer experience.
- Consistently demonstrate positive and professional behavior in Customer and employee interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION
- 2 - 3 years customer service experience in a Retail Contact Center or high volume retail, hospitality or service environment.
- Proficiency with, and the ability to rapidly navigate between, the following applications and systems.
- Windows 2000/XP
- MS Internet Explorer
- Internet search engines including but not limited to Google & Yahoo
- Microsoft Office including strong skills in Excel, Word & Outlook
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Must have flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays. Evening hours may be required during the Holiday season.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities - multi-tasking is a must!
- Highly ethical individual with a strong desire to succeed both professionally and personally
- Detail-oriented: accuracy is essential to Customer satisfaction.
- Must be authorized to work in U.S.
