Job Opening for Senior Graphic Designer
SUMMARY:
Cooking.com is currently seeking a creative, energetic, highly motivated Senior Graphic Designer to add to our team.
This position will be responsible for
designing websites, user interface, web graphics, online advertising, e-mail marketing, and other digital and print marketing materials. To be successful
in this position you must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment, be willing and able to follow a style guide and art direction, and have
the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting aggressive deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A good eye for aesthetically pleasing design
- An impressive online portfolio of web marketing projects (please provide link/s)
- Minimum 4-year professional web design experience
- A strong understanding of web and graphic design best practices
- Experience with user interface design
- Experience with the industry-standard design programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver)
- Expertise in HTML & optimizing graphics for the web
- Strong communication, proofreading and organizational skills
- Experience with CSS a big plus
- BA with a major in Graphic Design or related field preferred
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S. for any employer
