Cooking.com was founded in 1998 by a team that worked together at The Walt Disney Corporation with an initial investment from Idealab! Utilizing the perfect blend of cooking and retail knowledge, the Cooking.com founders set out to launch the best cooking web site offering an extensive product assortment, and an intuitive, simple shopping experience. Today, Cooking.com is the leading internet marketplace for cooks. Cooking.com offers 90,000 products, as well as recipes, ideas and personal community connections. In addition, Cooking.com creates, develops and operates custom online stores in partnership with category leaders including Starbucks, Food Network, Rachael Ray, Pillsbury, Betty Crocker, Kraft and Gourmet Catalog.

Cooking.com's mission is to inspire community through food and cooking. It provides the most comprehensive selection of kitchen products plus sophisticated tools to help customers make informed purchases, such as authoritative customer reviews, demonstration videos and buying guides. In addition to shopping, millions of people come to Cooking.com to find great recipes, to give and get mealtime tips, and to share culinary experiences with other cooks who love food and cooking. The collection of recipes come from top cookbooks and magazines, along with a growing collection of original creations shared by members and customers.

We operate five uniquely branded websites:

Cooking.com
Since cooking.com's launch in 1998, it has become the largest kitchenware e-tailer in terms of traffic, product selection, and sales. The site and services continue to evolve through the input and suggestions of its millions of customers. The customers have access to over 90,000 kitchenware products and 10,000 recipes.

FoodNetworkStore.com
Launched in 2007, FoodNetworkStore.com is a partnership with the Food Network, expanding their e-commerce business with a new on-line storefront. Cooking.com built and operates the leading edge site that is easily navigated and provides product reviews, tips from the Food Network kitchens, highlights talent products and product videos.

StarbucksStore.com
Launched in 2005, StarbucksStore.com, is an alliance between Starbucks Coffee Company and Cooking.com, allowing customers to order the complete line-up of Starbucks® whole bean and ground coffees and have them delivered to their home for added convenience. StarbucksStore.com offers a guaranteed, easy-to-shop site and efficient, affordable delivery every time.

BettyCrockerStore.com and PillsburyStore.com:
Launched in 2007, both sites were developed to broaden the assortment of kitchen and home ware products offered online to Betty Crocker and Pillsbury consumers.
