I knew Ball manufactured a half-gallon jar, but it was not available locally. An internet search on the Ball website gave me what I needed. I placed an order for 2 cases (of 6 jars each) with the company listed and received it promptly. The sales person was extremely courteous and helpful, and even alerted me to a free shipping promotion that was going on! How wonderful! I know I will be re-ordering these jars. I just hope they are still available later this year! Thank you so much for your help, reasonable price, and of course the quality of your merchandise!

Topping off the pantry is easy simply by looking through the glass. I gave my smaller pint jars to my neighbor and she stores her spices in them. We both benefit.

Some will be used for counter-top storage [dry goods] and some will be used for refrigerator pickles and some even for canning some day. I imagine these would be perfect for raw milk containers as well. Thanks for making this size available!
