This is the handiest gadget in my kitchen. It took a little time (30 min.) to read the book and figure it out. My wife is the calculator whiz and she zips thru a recipe in seconds. It'll be the two of us for Thanksgiving, and we can't wait to scale down "serves 8-12" to serves 2.

I love this calculator. Im a culinary student and currently costing recipes. Math is not my strong point and this calculator is so useful. Not only for classes but I use it at home too. GREAT PRODUCT!
