Great book, techniques, recipes!
I checked this book out from the local library for several rounds before finally buying it. :) The recipes work very well at high altitude (Denver, 5280 ft elevation) - while the boules would probably rise even higher at sea level, the bread still comes out beautifully. I tend to add a bit more liquid to compensate for the dry air here... but the recipes are very forgiving and lend themselves to experimentation with little risk.
