How do I qualify for the program?

• Create a Cooking.com account.
• Place your first order through your My Account and the following calendar month you will be enrolled in the program. Your first order will also be counted as part of the $200 qualifying spending needed to receive your first $10 Shopping Dollars. *Gift certificate redemption amounts do not qualify.
• The total cost of your Cooking.com order after any applied coupons, discounts and gift certificates qualifies. Returns deducts from the qualifying rewards total.
• Orders placed for Cooking.com merchandise on Amazon.com do not count toward this program.

What is the reward I receive?

• Once you're a member and shop using your My Cooking.com Account, you'll receive $10 worth of Shopping Dollars for every $200 spent at www.cooking.com after coupons, discounts and shopping dollars. You'll be able to use these Shopping Dollars toward future merchandise purchases at Cooking.com. Purchases of gift certificates do not qualify to earn Shopping Dollars.
• Rewards are calculated per My Cooking.com account. My Cooking.com accounts cannot be combined.
• Qualifying purchases to receive the $10 Shopping Dollars become active when orders ship.

How do I use my rewards?

• We will issue rewards in the form of Cooking.com Rewards Shopping Dollars. These dollars are redeemable toward future merchandise purchases you make at Cooking.com. You’ll be able to apply them toward purchases much in the same way you would use a gift certificate.
• You must log in to your My Cooking.com Account to view and spend your Shopping Dollars.
• Cooking.com Shopping Dollars are not redeemable for cash, and are not applicable toward purchases of gift certificates.
• Any unused Shopping Dollars will remain in your Cooking.com Rewards account for future purchases until expiration.
• Shopping Dollars are not redeemable at other shopping websites including but not limited to Amazon.com, ShopAmex, Catalog City, Shop.com, etc., where Cooking.com merchandise is sold.

Do my rewards expire?

• Yes, any Shopping Dollars you are awarded will expire 12 months from the date of issue.

How do I track my Cooking.com Rewards?

• You can track your Cooking.com Rewards automatically. Simply click here to login and review your Rewards Summary.

When are rewards paid out?

• Shopping Dollars will be awarded and deposited in your account within 2-3 weeks after the order, or any portion of the order that earned them, has been shipped.

How is my spending level calculated?

• The total cost of your Cooking.com order after any applied coupons, discounts and gift certificates qualifies. Returns deducts from the qualifying rewards total.
• Gift certificate redemption amounts do not qualify.
• You must check out using a My Cooking.com Account for spending to qualify. Rewards will be calculated per account. My Cooking.com Accounts cannot be combined.
• Orders placed for Cooking.com merchandise on Amazon.com do not count toward this program.
• Cooking.com reserves the right to nullify and subtract rewards when an order has been cancelled, returned or is unable to be delivered.

Can I participate if I prefer to shop by phone?

• Yes. However, you must have or establish a My Cooking.com Account online. When calling to place your order by phone, simply provide our Customer Service staff with the email address associated with your account.

Are there any other rules or restrictions?

• Rewards may not be applied to past orders.
• Orders that are cancelled are removed from the qualifying totals.
• Shopping Dollars accrued in multiple My Cooking accounts cannot be combined.
• No adjustments will be made to prior sales.
• Cooking.com Shopping Dollars are only issued in $10 increments. They are rewarded at a rate of $10 for every $200 spent.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• Cooking.com may modify or terminate this program at any time and do so without notice or cause.
