1. Shipping Policies

Most orders ship from our Riverside, California Processing Center within 1-2 business days, however processing times may change according to order volume or seasonality. Orders which ship directly from the manufacturer usually take 4-7 business days for processing; actual UPS ship times can vary depending on your delivery location.

2. Sales Tax Information

We charge sales tax on any order that is shipped to the state of California.

3. Returns & Exchanges

At Organize.com we want you to be completely satisfied when shopping with us which is why we inspect your order carefully before shipping it to you. If a product did not meet your expectations or you are not satisfied with a purchase you may return the product for a replacement or a refund within 30 days of the receipt of your order.

We guarantee all of our products for 30 days and you can return those products at any time within this period. Some manufacturers warrant their products beyond this 30 day period, if you have a question and would like to contact them directly beyond our 30 day period we'd be happy to help.

To return your product for a refund, replacement or exchange, just contact Customer Service at Cooking.com to receive a Return Authorization Number which will be assigned to track your request. All returns must have this number assigned so we can advise you where to return your item as some items ship from different locations.

If your product or shipping packaging is damaged, please do not discard it until you have received a Return Authorization Number or instructions on how to handle your return. If you discard either of these we will be unable to process your request.

There are several items which the manufacturer requires a restocking fee.

Please allow 7 business days from our receipt of your return to process your return items.

What happens if I change my mind after my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped we do not have the ability to "retrieve" or cancel the delivery. Please follow the return instructions by clicking here. If you refuse delivery, your return will be processed and both ship to and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Please note: To receive credit for your return you must be within the 30 day return period and all original packaging and instructions must be included. We do not credit or refund orders received outside of the return period and we do not pay or credit return shipping fees.

Our retail store, Organize Everything, is located in Riverside, California off the CA-91 freeway near the Galleria at Tyler Shopping Center. In addition to offering many quality products on line our retail store is a showroom for many of the unique products we offer. Inside our store you'll be able to see closet displays, laundry room displays, garage displays, and office displays which feature the many ways our products can help you.

Please note: Not all products shown online are available for purchase in our retail store. Please call before visiting to inquire about specific product availability.

We never share or sell any personal, mail or phone information with any other companies. All information is for the exclusive use of Organize.com, Inc. and is kept private at all times.
