If your getting into making your own sodas.... rootbeer, sasparilla... this is a great resource. It would have been more helpful if the author had included his sources of sassafras root, and burdock root. Also... He writes about using 20 inches of sassafras root bark... but it would have been helpful to know a wt. (as in oz.). It is a great book, and interesting with all the recipes in it for making more than just rootbeer.
