I am the ninth in my family to purchase a Kitchenaid mixer in 30 years. My mother believed highly in your product and past her knowlegde to her children and grand children. My niece inherited my mother's. It has always been a high quality mixer. I think the wisk on my mothers was better made. But that was 30 years ago.

I have this pistachio colored malt maker, given to me by my Grandparents 35 years ago. Looks very cool in my kitchen. I have used my stand mixer several times and am impressed with the ease of using and the easy clean up. My stand mixer is my new kitchen slave that does a wonderful job.

I routinely bake for school fundraisers, do a little catering and this mixer has never let me down. I use so many of the attachments too, the juicer, slicer, pasta maker. I bought one for myself a year ago, and 3 since as gifts for friends and family. They are all thrilled too.

I think this mixer is great. I had an old hand eltric mixer and it worked ok, when it worked. For the holidays my husband and I decided to splurge and buy a stand mixer and we LOVE it. It is great and between free shipping and 50 off it was a GREAT deal. Our neighbor had to come upstairs the other day when her hand mixer broke and used ours and loved it.

I found it at cooking.com and ordered it as well as the Kitchenaid ice-cream maker. Even with the shipping fees to Canada, price was better than for a white or stainless steel one in store here.
I used the mixer 3 times since I received it and I love it. It is so beautiful that you want it to stay on your counter top.
This machine is a joy to create with.

Clean up is very easy which is a real plus. The only negative thing is the weight of the mixer. I just haven't found the one spot to leave it yet so I have to move it around and it is heavy. I am sure this will be the only mixer I will ever use even though I still have a hand mixer. I also loved the fact that some of the $ went to a good cause.
