In July, Ben was featured in Metro (UK) and the Guardian (UK) as one of Britain's rising foodie stars and completed filming with Channel 4 for the new Heston Blumenthal series, Heston's Mega Food, giving guidance on ice-cream making and telling the tale of his historic family business.
