Starbucks Italian coffee has flavor that is delightful. It is robust without being bitter. It is our coffee of choice on a daily basis. Use a good burr grinder for the beans, a coffee pot that makes good hot coffee and then be particular about the water you use. Bottle water works good. At our house we use water from a Reverse Osmosis unit for drinking water as well as coffee and tea.

We purchased many bold and extra bold Starbucks beans over the years and and enjoyed every one. This brew is rich, smooth, and not a hint of bitter - maybe our new favorite.

This is the coffee to drink - dark roast without bitterness. Very rich tasting but with a smooth finish that is never bad. A+++

I will only drink coffee brewed from Starbucks Italian Roast coffee beans with heavy cream and lots of sugar. Yum!
