I am very pleased with the quality craftsmanship of this product. It works well, is easy to clean and I love the fact that it is compact and doesn't take up nearly as much counter space as other less expensive juicers. Being a cancer patient who has to acquire food through a feeding tube in my stomach, this tool allows me to get fresh vegetable and fruit juice from organically grown produce with minimal expense and effort. It has really helped me to get the fresh vitamins and minerals into my liquid diet to help build up my strength and recover from cancer treatments. Thank you for providing such a helpful product.

Overall, a good product.

The juice extractor is much easier to clean than the ones we had before. Jucies nicely, except for wheat grass and watercress, which I really would like to juice daily. Any suggestions?

This is compact which is why I ordered it.

When I first got this it was not locked in all the way and somehow shredded the plastic on the bottom of the cover. It should not have run at all if not in complete lock. It still runs, but I am very careful with it.
