Excellent cookbook

I have loved Junior's cheesecakes for years but, living a distance from NYC, I have not been able to get them nearly as often as I would like. I have the original Junior's cookbook that contains a few of the cheesecake recipes but this one is a goldmine! Some of the more unusual cheesecakes are included (Black Forest for example) and I was surprised to see several of the Skyscraper cakes as well. Tips on making the cakes just as they do at Junior's restaurants are an added bonus. As soon as I got this wonderful book, I made the Carrot Cake Cheesecake, and let me tell you, it was worth the trouble. As good as any I have gotten at the Brooklyn location! Time consuming but well worth the effort. I purchased four of these cookbooks, for myself and my three daughters, who also love Junior's. They were in perfect condition when they arrived and it seemed like they were here overnight!! The price was right, much less than they would have been anywhere else. I was especially impressed with the cover--glossy rather than the usual finish you find on a lot of cookbooks. So sloppy mixers/measurers like me don't wind up with a messy-looking book!! All in all, I am thrilled with this purchase, both the book itself and the service I received from Betty Crocker.com. I will be shopping again for Christmas and will do so with the utmost confidence. Haven't had a chance to bake, but I'm excited to get started. I've eaten Juniors Cheese cake many times.

No cheese cake I've eaten , now living in the south, can compare to Juniors.
Every baker needs this book.
