Insulated cookie sheets definitely help bake cookies that are done without over-cooking the bottoms. This one avoids the problem of some large cookie sheets, which are too large for a standard (30"-wide) oven. I bought one of these a few months ago, and liked it so much that I came back for a second one. The second one has one minor flaw: the bottom is not perfectly flat, so it rocks on the counter like a table with one short leg.

Good size - large, but leaves room for air circulation around it in standard size oven. Cooked cookies evenly without overcooking bottoms. I use parchment paper, so cannot comment on non-stick properties.
