The Lodge family began foundry operations in 1896. After 14 years of successful operation in Tennessee, the business burned to the ground. True to the nature of its durable pots and pans, Lodge made it through the fire to open a new foundry several blocks away. The company continued to manufacturer its signature cast iron pots in the decades to come, despite hard economic times in the 1930s and the impact of two world wars. With innovation and quality product design an essential part of Lodge's long-term success, it's no surprise that the company has experienced several stages of growth and change. In the mid part of last century, the foundry converted to automated molding processes, and later, Lodge upgraded to meet growing environmental demands. Innovation wasn't only a part of the factory floor. In 2002, Lodge introduced pre-seasoned cast iron cookware that would revolutionize the industry. They also incorporated porcelain enameled cast iron and stainless steel into their line of pots and pans. Lodge continues to offer new and innovative products with a tie to cooking tradition, and we're happy to offer a selection of the best Lodge products. Popular Styles:
