This skillet was a Christmas gift for our son and he absolutely LOVED IT! The staff at Food Network were great. After I placed the order I realized that I forgot to apply the 20% off for spending $99.99. They were very accommodating and did that for me. I appreciate it very much.

Though Le Creuset has always seemed to have a good reputation, I hadn't purchased any of their products until now. Expect the pan to be very heavy as it IS cast iron. What I didn't expect that was that food sticks to the surface like no other pan I have used. I had to soak and scrape this pan over one whole day. Of course I used a nylon spatula for the scraping. I am returning this pan, as I don't have the time to spend cleaning cooked-on foods, especially eggs. Save your money. Also, the green may appear to be dark on your monitor, but it is more like inside an avocado than "fennel".
