Typical Le Creuset fabulous!! This pan does however take some getting used to, medium heat works best when searing meats otherwise the pan tends to get too hot and smokes. Otherwise my steaks came out great and can't wait to use it again!!

I love the Le Creuset products! I was thrilled to find these items in purple. My only gripe is that the fun colors are usuallymade in limited runs and sold thru unusual distribution channels. I missed out on the robin egg blue via Martha Stewart about 10 years ago and am still sad.

This is the 5th pan I've bought. Bought one for myself & loved it so much I've bought the others for my friends and daughter-in-laws. Great for sandwiches, tuna, hamburgers!

I own quite a few Le Creuset items and they are the best. They clean up wonderfully and make cooking so easy. This pan is great for grilling and lives up to the LeCreuset standards.
