After decades of using many different quality baking dishes Le Creuset has become my favorite dish for almost every job I tackle. After putting ingredients into the baking dish I have been pleasantly surprised and delighted to present any dish I make to anyone eating what I cooked. No burned edges. No half-cooked presentations. Just plain, down home food prepared to perfection thanks to Le Creuset. I am going to have to hurry this through because I have a dish of Ronald Reagan's Macroni and Cheese in the oven now and I know since I used the small soleil rectangular baking dish to cook it it will be perfect.
