This meat tenderizer is in a class by itself. It manages to tenderize a million times better than anything else I've tried without turning the meat into mush. I would definitely recommend spending the little bit of extra money to get the 48 blade over the 16 blade - it wil make your work much easier. I would recommend this meat tenderizer to everyone.

I DO THINK THAT IT IS A LITTLE PRICEY I WOULD NOT PART WITH IT . I WOULD LIKE TO GET ANOTHER ONE FOR A FRIEND, BUT LIKE I SAID [ CAN'T REALLY AFFORD IT ] IT REALLY WORKS , GREAT ON NEW YORK STRIP STEAKS, OR LESS TENDER CUTS OF MEAT. PUT THEM ON SALE AND I WILL BUY ANOTHER ONE THANK YOU HAROLD

I purchased the meat tenderizer recently and have used it a few times with very good results. I used it on a sirloin steak that I turned into a beef stroganoff with wonderful results--the meat was absolutly melt in your mouth tender. I would recomend this product.
