very disappointed of the context of the bio/cookbook. Am really surprised Micheal Symon read this book and then let it be released. Cookbook was what I wanted not his bio.

I am from Cleveland so of course I love Michael. I like the way he always brings up Cleveland on the Chew. I DVR this everyday cause I work and can't watch it when it on. This book is so helpful to cook meat. I always have to look somethings up on Food Network and with this I can just look it up. Love the book Michael. Keep up the good work.
