I love pie, fruit, custard, quiche any thing in a pie shell. This Mini pie maker gives me my love at a nice size portion and having one is enough. I made quiche the other day and one with a salad was a great meal. The one thing I wish it came with is a type of press to press the crust down into the well, but I made due. Well worth the price and my kids are having fun with it. I keep store bought crust in the refrigerator and they will just make a quiche anytime they want.

I haven't used this yet, and it is a little smaller than I thought it would be. I believe it will be fun to use for fun occasions. I like the way it looks and the non-stick will be helpful for sure. I must say I got this on a greatly reduced price so even though the cup area is small, it is still a good value.

This is a good way to make your own potpies or any other pie, that is one serving, then there isn't leftovers that will tempt you.

It bales the pies really quickly, but the one issue I have is that it didn't really seal the pies, so the filling leaked out all over the place. Maybe I'll try a different top crust next time (I used puff pastry).

I love this product so much. Not only can you make fruit and custard pies, but, you can make homemade pot pies and stick them in the freezer for later.
