I liked the convenience of not having to wash my cutting board after every prep operation. The mats are a little curved until you run them under hot water, then they flatten out more. They are plenty tough for most prep, although my wife managed to nearly saw one in two by getting a little carried away with her serrated knife.

these are ok for what they are. they don't survive the dishwasher well, though, they curl something fierce, which interferes with easy chopping. the curl is so strong that i cannot store them upright behind my heavy wooden cutting board as they will push it over.

i plan on replacing these with a different set that is truly dishwasher safe. still, they work for now and they were cheap.

Flex Chop Mats

I really like to muted colors of the mats. The multiple colors allow me to designate what I will use that mat for and the muted colors blend in well with any decor. Great product!!

Reasonably priced. I use all the time, better than the el-cheapo ones I was using (all white) and didfficult to remember which I uses for which food. When rolling something out, I put a piece of (Rubbermaid shelf liner under to prevent slipping).. Works fine

I use my chopping mats everyday. I wanted to purchase another version that was a few dollars more but they were out of stock. This version does not lay flat and tends to move on the counter - not sure if the others would be better.

Great price for chopping mats for different foods. Now I can use a separate mat for fish or chicken or re meat or porl & keep my wood board for fruits & veggies!

I really like the color-coded plastic cutting sheets that easily fit into the dishwasher. I store than in the bottom drawer of my gas range where they are readily available. The price was an incredible value. I would not hesitate to recommend them as the perfect solution to preventing cross contamination.

Nicely textured and colored. The colors can be used to keep one mat for fish or meats etc. Good size and they stor ein no space at all.

These things are excellent! I got two sets because I expected something flimsy but they're not. In fact they go through the dishwasher just fine, though it doesn't say so on the packaging. My knives stay sharper longer too. And they're cheap.

Chop away!

I really like my 4 different colored mats. I use at least one of them once a day, and I really like having a different one for meat, poulty, etc. And they come out clean because you can wash them in the dishwasher.

These are the first chopping mats I've ordered and I like them. The color coding is great. They don't score with hard knife cutting and clean easily. I've hung mine on an opened coat hook near the counters.

Love them except they curl pretty significantly once you wash them in the dishwasher.

As a traditionalist used to wood blocks and boards, I was a bit skeptical. But bring it on! Ease of transfer after cutting the biggest plus for me

It's a bargain! The sheets look thin, so I feel that I might cut through them someday, but at this price, that's probably fine. They are fine to throw in the dishwasher, which is pretty nice.

I gave these mats to my sister-in-law for Christmas. She has never owned flexible mats before and loves them. They are good quality, colorful and fun to use. They made me look good, and I would definately recommend them.
