These flexible cutting boards are almost twice as thick as the ones you can purchase in your local grocery store. The price is about half the cost, so it is a very good value.

I've been using chopping mats for a while, I've used more expensive mats than these and they seem to perform just the same.
A few random notes: it wasn't clear from the site description, but these are dishwasher safe; and personally I use the blue one for fish.

It's great to have four different cutting mats. Since I have a small tiled counter top, I'm using one as a flat surface for rolling dough. It's great and so easy to clean.

I am enjoying this product. It is light and colorful and much easier to use and store away than the bulky wooden cutting boards I used to own.

These chopping mats are a nice size and I love the flexibility. I kept two and gave two to my boyfriend. Easier to use than a bulky cutting board and prettier, too.

These are really handy mats. I just used one to stretch pizza dough and the mat is just the right size to allow it to spin with the dough so I didn't have to keep lifting the dough. It made it easy to transfer to the peel too. For a set of four this was a great price.

great idea

I saw something on a cooking show and looked for these. They do curl or curve. But being so thin the entire contents can be carried and cleanly dumped in the bowl, pot or other destination. They also slide around some on the counter, but otherwise very convenient and take up very little storage space.

I love the chopping mats so nice and durable

these are so nice and the colors are very pretty and helpful since green is for vegi's and red is for meat you can can cook with ease, and very afordable !

The chopping mats are good and thick. However, they do not have symbols for the food types on them like some of the other mats I have had.

These are so handy, and the go anywhere!

These flexible chopping mats work well in my kitchen. They're light & store easliy. Perfect for those of us with limited storage space. I love wood chopping blocks but, these prove to be more sanitary.

These mats are easy to store and handy to have around. For quick chopping or cutting on countertops/tables they provide excellent protection. It's also easy to transfer your goodies to just about any container.

Mats are not as flexible as I thought, are thicker than some. Also they appear transparent in the picture but are opaque. Still good value and in frequent use already

seems to curl up in the dishwasher, maybe they are not dishwasher safe...husband, (Chef Rocco) seems to like them
