I gave my daughter in law a smaller version of this board and she liked it so much that I ordered this one for her birthday. She plans to get rid of her heavy, thick cutting board and use this instead.

I've always wanted to buy one of these cutting boards and I am glad I finally did it. I love it! It's light and easy to handle and yet sturdy. I would highly recommend this product.

The Epicurean cutting board is a nice shape and size, cleans up easily, and holds up against wet foods and cleaning well. It is a little slow with the knive (not as hard and smooth as end-grain hardwood), but unless you're slicing for a banquet-sized meal, it is fine. It is very pretty and easy on the knives.
