I think that this tool is going to allow me to continue canning. Having 2 kinds of arthritis and a steel rod holding my hand/wrist/arm together, I thought I was done canning until I found this really cool tool.

Simply worthless. Maybe I don't know how to use it but find it worthless. Just a simple twist is all that is needed to secure the rings....don't see where this is worth while.

When I saw this product, I immediately knew I needed one. Arthritis in my hands keeps me from comfortably tightening lids on my canning jars. This product is well-designed and works great. I recommend it!

Very nice tool. This wrench makes it very easy to remove bands and open lids. I like knowing that all of my bands are tightened correctly and consistently. I highly recomend this to anyone who has difficulty opening jars. I love it.

This will come in handy for tightening the bands on the jars. I broke some bones in my hand several years ago and don't have a lot of strength in that hand. This will help.

I am returning the item because for me they are useless because they do not grip when the jars are hot. That's what I bought it for. My hand does a much better job.

I was disappointed in the device and wish I never would have purchased it. My jar opener works better than this tool for tightening jars.

This a great product. The price fantastic. If you need to open something with a straw or any type the hole at top is great. I can open anything. I have arthritis and works great for me. Finally something good for all of us. Thanks and enjoy.

Made it easy to ensure the right amount of tightening for each jar. Used for both regular and wide mouth. Not a necessary item but is nice to have in my opinion.

I have arthritis in my right wrist and hand, and I know my new band tool will come in handed during canning season. I tried it out the minute I got it, to see how it worked, and just fell in love. Opening jars of my homemade canned foods is going to be a breeze from now on.
