Great Roaster

This roaster would be perfect if the diameter of the base was a little larger so that I could put more onions/potatoes. This roaster does a great job of cooking the chicken and allowing all of the fat liquid to fall below so you are left with a moist but not soggy chicken. The roaster is sturdy and is easy to clean.
