Cook well and evenly and allows the cake to just slide out without leaving bits and pieces in the tube pan.

I bought this pan a couple of years ago and have really enjoyed using it. The pan I recently bought is for a friend who is starting up a catering business. For her recent catering event, she needed to bake 18 angel food cakes. A mutual friend told her I had an angel food cake pan. She borrowed it and loved it because the cakes come out so easily and it washes up easy. She bragged and bragged on this pan and asked me where I got it. I told her then later decided to bless her new business by buying it for her.
