I must admit, I never made a scone before! A co-worker brought in scones and they were amazing. The recipe followed and I vowed to make them my own creation! I quickly realized a scone pan would aid in my plans and after looking around, I decided on this one. It was about $10 higher than a lower quality product and since I have been happy with other nodicware pans, I chose this one. It is great. I use a bit of non-stick spray and everything pops right out. I think it is non-stick enough that it might come out on it's own, but after doing all the work to make the dough, I haven't been willing to try that way out. Great, quality pan!

I make a pretty good scone and discovered this pan on line. I always read customer reviews and was somewhat hesitant to order only because EVERYONE said how great this pan was - well, they were right. The scones come out perfectly.
