Seems to cut through even the hardest ice creams. My only wish is that you could throw it in the dish washer. Oh well, still a good buy.

Over the years we have purchased ice cream scoops only to have them break or bend from trying to serve frozen ice cream. Your product performs as promised and scoops up frozen ice cream like a knife cutting through butter. I have had the opportunity to use this scoop serving 25 one evening. With a slight shake every so often, it continued to scoop up and never stick. Everyone was served in good time all able to enjoy their dessert at the same time because it performed so well. And it is so simple; no moving parts and cleans up in a jiffy.
Thanks for producing an item that performs as promised!!!

The scoop is very expensive for what it is--but does work very well. Important to note NOT to put it in the dishwasher or under hot water--because it looks like the old ones that you placed in hot water before use.

I'm amazed at how easy it is to scoop ice-cream, now. No effort goes into it. This is an excellent product and I wish I'd found it sooner.
