The 9.5-in. x 9.5-in. heavy cast-aluminum pan features 16 triangular slots, measuring 4-in. x 2 in. each - the perfect size for a mini individual raisin scone! This heavy little mini-scone pan is fun to use and makes lovely scones. It is non-stick, but I find that scones are hard to remove unless I spray the pan well before use. I wish I had bought a second one for double batches of scones.

The pan performs as advertised. The scones definitely don't stick and the pan is a breeze to clean. Scones don't really require a special pan, but it's nice to come out with nice, uniformly shaped scones.

This is a piece of cookware you will have forever! You will be lending it to your sisters and friends who do teas too! Quality, ease of use, clean-up a breeze....and delicious, perfectly baked scones every time! :)
