For first time users, this pan is a little trick but not too difficult. It is 100% better than the free style I was used to!

LOVE IT!!! I am having a tea party for 50 special ladies. The first course is scones, after social hour of course with sparkling champagne. It was so easy, they came out perfect each time. It was wonderful to do 16 at one time. Chocolate Chip Orange Scones with Chocolate Cream Cheese and Orange Glazed Blueberry Scones from Tyler Florence.Thank you for making my life easy with that new pan!!!!

i am developing many new scone recipes and I love the nordic ware. I am also developing a mini muffin business. I could not do it without the nordic ware products.

I was hesistand to purchase this pan, but after it arrived and I used it- It was worth every penny! It cleans up beautifully and does not over brown the scones.
