Great little waffle iron!

We just love this little waffle iron. It heats up very quickly and the turn around time on making waffles is way faster than a family of four can eat them. The non-stick coating is fabulous and the waffles come out with ease. The red and green lights tell you when the waffle is ready. Highly recommend this machine! It's compact size is perfect for storing in our small kitchen.

Sticks

The waffles stick to the waffle iron. After the waffle is cooked, I open it, and the waffles splits. Half sticks to the top and the other half sticks to the bottom. I've used it once and told my husband I'm going to pitch it in the trash. I wasted my money.

When I received my waffle iron, the shipping box had a whole in it and the top plate was dented, however the iron works great.

Not a keeper

Very disappointed in quality of product. Didn't even try it out - construction was poor enough to return it immediately. Not a typical Cuisinart product.

I bought this to finish a breakfast basket I was giving to a charity auction so I can't review the product. I bought this particular waffle iron because I like the Cuisinart brand, my daughter has one and she is very happy with her's, and the product was on sale and was THE best price available online and in stores. This was my first time buying from epicurious and the service was great.

Love Crispy Waffles

Loved the temperature selection, I tried the highest setting because I enjoy crispy waffles.
The waffles turned out wonderful: easily came off iron, crispy outer layer and tender cake inside.
Can't wait to try my own version of Chicken 'n Waffles!

Waffle Iron

I am not a fan of the popular Belgin style waffle irons. This one is as it should be, small holes. Old fashioned but required. The temp knob is a little loose but does not seem to cause a problem. Other than that it works very well and I like that I can stand it up for storage and wrap the cord around it as well. The shipping was fast, price good, and very well packed.

Simple, reliable, easy to clean and store

We were looking for a conventional waffle iron, after our old one wore out after many years. This is a simple, reliable, easy to clean iron, requiring very little space to store. The waffles are excellent and the cooking and cleaning so easy that we sometimes even make waffles on weekday mornings, before school and work.

The top cover was a little wobbly and I have to be careful in order to set it in place over the bottom. Otherwise, it evenly browns and makes a good small waffle.
