This was just what I wanted to use for a future tea party I'm having. Individual tarts will be perfect to serve. Also, I found recipes on cooking.com that I can use this pan.

I spent a great deal of time reviewing Tarlet pans for the pumpkin/cranberry tarts I made for Christmas. The nonstick pan by Chicago Metallic was my final choice. I was so very happy with my choice. The tarts were a huge success. I loved the ease of making them because of the pan. I have already recommended it to family members and friends.

Used pan just the other day and it worked great. Just wish it was bigger than 4 at a time ":-)

Pros: I purchased two of these pans. I gave my fourteen year old daughter a facial party and asked her what wanted for desert. She said let's make something using the tarlett pans. I made 16 lemon tarts using refrigerator pie crust and a filling made from scratch. This pan beats using individual tart pans because it cut cooking time in half. Cons: The price is a little high.
