The product was ok, but it didn't really open the nut as much as crush it. Also it can not fit a walnut in it's mouth unless it is really small. The unit is not very stable eather. I think if the mouth opened wider and the base was wider it would be much better. Also I ordered this 5 days before X-Mas and got it 15 days after X-Mas, delievery is way to slow.

The Nutty Squirrel Nutcracker is a fun tabletopper, people definitely ask questions about it. The only problem is that if you like Walnuts, the mouth of the squirrel doesn't quite open enough to get the whole nut in, so it;s hard to crack those, but other then that, I haven't had any problems.

these were purchased for holiday gifts, one for our home… others sent out.
charming concept. quality ok. not as solid or heavy duty as had thought but works well. defintaely brings a smile when in use!

This squirrel is cute, but does NOT work well to crack nuts. A good product if using as decoration only.

It was a cute unique item and I like things different as gifts. Bought it for my son, because he is always saying he is just a squirrel trying to get a nut in this world. Added a bag of walnuts and a picture of a suirrel holding a nut with his saying. Son loved it and said the nut cracker worked great.Cracked nuts with little effort. Thank you Connie Kicklighter

My husband likes squirrels so when I saw this I just had to get it for him. I got several bags of nuts, threw them in a bowl and put my nutty buddy right on top with a walnut in his mouth and he was a hit. Easy to use for all sizes of nuts, and no pinching yourself. You will want to shield him while you are cracking the nut so it doesn't fly but thats typical. Very cute. Fun for kids with supervision of course.

He's a welcome addition to our Christmas traditions but too cute to hide the rest of the year. Really good quality and functional. Kids are already eyeing him for their own.

Super cute squirrel nutcracker, if you found this on the web, buy it! Good quality and a conversation starter. Move its tail up and down and it cracks the nut in its mouth. Enjoy!
