What is the deal ?

I bought two of these, one I left home for later. The other I took with me to visit my daughter for two weeks. I got it for my son-in-law because he makes pancakes every morning. After about five days I noticed that I had not seen him use it. They did not want to hurt my feelings, so they had not said anything. When he used it the first time the pancakes tasted like chemicals. They smelled the turner and it had a very strong chemical oder. They ran it through the dishwasher five times and it still smelled. I just told them not to use it and found another one there. I am not going to use the other one I bought.

I bought two, one for my husband and one for my son that is getting ready to go out on his own. They loved them!

Great pancake turner, though the handle could be a little shorter for more manageability. Otherwise, the weight is good and the paddle makes flipping pancakes easy. Great product.

I wish I had bought this years ago!

I used this item so far for pancakes and bacon. I love it! It, being over-size, is great for pancakes, french toast, fries, etc.

Perfect size for flipping pancakes and love the no stick quality.
