good spoon for nonstick surfaces

Somewhat larger than I realized, but it's fine as a cooking spoon. Handle stays cool and it's safe for my nonstick cookware.

I think the spoon is strong enough to last and see me through several dozens of recipes. I especially like that it is not wimpy and the handle is long enough to protect the cook from being burned
